Contemplative Prayer2:00 pmThis group meets monthly, online via Zoom, usually on the first Tuesday of the month for an hour. It is led by Rev Robert Fletcher and uses the sayings and method of the Fellowship of Contemplative Prayer www.contemplative-prayer.org.uk. The hour includes readings and guided prayer sections (both silent and spoken) related to the Bible verse for that month. Attending a contemplative prayer group could be a good way to see if you find silent prayer helpful and could even lead to going on retreat at one of the Diocesan Retreat Houses at some point.
